About the Author
His friends and family call him professional, committed and reliable, to his face anyway. He is an avid coffee drinker, dog lover and is rather fond of his wife, when she’s not angry… His minimalistic approach to health & fitness, love of sarcasm and a disdain for stupidity has transformed countless clients into the people they want to be by doing less. Specializing in Kettlebells, Rehab and Functional Movement he really believes that Less is More. And he can prove it. From being blown up inside an armoured vehicle, being shot at and looking for bombs in Afghanistan to dislocating shoulders before debut boxing bouts. Mr. Minimalism has done it all, well the stupid stuff anyway. Now he enjoys being able to move pain free and move a heap of weight generally in the form of a kettlebell, when he feels the need. He also likes teaching people how to do the same.
